⚠ïļRules

Please take a look at our rules below!

Server Rules

1. Use Common Sense

This is the foundational rule. Even if something is not explicitly listed, it may still be enforceable. Staff have the final say, and severe violations may skip warning steps. If unsure about a rule or action, please ask. Honest mistakes are treated leniently, but ignorance is not an excuse.

2. No Disrespectful Language or Bullying

Good faith and light-hearted banter are welcome, but cease immediately if someone expresses discomfort, and apologize. This server is for relaxation and enjoyment; disrespect disrupts everyone's experience and fosters toxicity. Remember, there's a person on the other side of the screen.

Disrespectful language includes racism, hate based on sexual orientation, political beliefs, disabilities, real-life threats, sexual content, suicide jokes, sexism, or slurs (even self-referential). While swearing is allowed in moderation, avoid targeting other players. Severe language warrants harsher penalties.

To maintain readable chat, avoid excessive caps-lock or spam.

3. No NSFW Content in Public Chats

This is a Minecraft server accessible to minors. Inappropriate content in global or public channels, even by minors, is unacceptable. Private channels have relaxed rules, but discomfort or reports treat private chats as global incidents.

4. No Hacking or Cheating

Any action providing an unfair advantage over others is prohibited:

  • Mods.

  • Scripts, macros, and autoclickers.

  • Certain resource packs.

  • Bug exploits.

  • Using or accessing the Nether roof.

  • Item duplication.

  • Unfair PvP tactics.

Allowed Modifications:

  • Surface-only minimaps and waypoints.

  • NotEnoughItems or similar.

  • Optifine and other performance mods.

  • Bobby and other chunk caching mods.

  • Fullbright.

  • Tweakeroo mod (with approved tweaks only).

  • Litematica/Schematica (schematics/holograms only, no printing).

  • Cosmetic resource packs and shaders.

  • Personal stat displays (e.g., armor durability).

  • Inventory management tools.

  • Shulker box viewers.

Prohibited Modifications:

  • Opponent health and damage indicators.

  • X-ray or similar tools.

  • Automated block placement or swapping.

  • AFK circumvention.

Allowed Clients:

  • Lunar

  • Badlion

  • Sodium

  • Forge

  • Fabric

  • Feather

Report all bugs to staff. Engaging in or concealing exploits post-discovery leads to penalties. Uncertain about a mod's status? Ask before use. Unlisted mods are assumed banned. Propose amendments to staff without fear of punishment.

5. No Griefing or Stealing in Protected Areas

Any buildings in unclaimed land on Earth or resource worlds (Resource, Nether, End) are raidable. Use Towny to claim and secure your land and valuables. You must not attempt to bypass protections or grief towns where you reside.

Intentional destruction near town borders is prohibited and treated like regular griefing. Creating claims to hinder a town's expansion, such as encircling or walling off land, is also not allowed if it restricts their growth.

6. No Real-Life Political Arguments in Public Chat

Respect everyone's right to discuss real-life events in a calm, respectful manner. Flame wars and heated arguments create toxicity. If asked to stop, cease immediately. Take sensitive discussions to private channels with consenting participants.

7. No Advertising

We strictly prohibit unsolicited advertisements, including promoting our server where not allowed (e.g., other Minecraft servers). Spread the word responsibly within our community.

8. Multiple Accounts and Automated Systems

No unregistered alternate accounts from the same IP are permitted. Each account must have a unique owner. Using bot accounts is strictly prohibited.

Cross-Platform Accounts

Java players may register one alternate Bedrock account for cross-play. Learn more about joining our server via Bedrock Edition here. Use either your primary or secondary account at a time, not both simultaneously.

Your secondary account must not be online with your primary, except for town invites or item swaps (notify a staff member, to be safe). It must be in the same town as your primary (or its nation) and cannot manage its own town.

9. No Idolizing or Excessive Referencing to Extremist Ideologies

Avoid idolizing historical regimes or extremist ideologies. Light references or parodies are acceptable with respect and understanding. This rule is fluid.

10. English or Bahasa Only in General Chat

To ensure effective moderation, use English, Bahasa Melayu, or Bahasa Indonesia in general chat. Players may use private chats for other languages.

11. Do Not Excessively Ping Others

Respect others' enjoyment by limiting pings to relevant matters only. Honor players that request not to be mentioned.

12. No Scamming

Scamming other players is strictly prohibited. You must uphold agreements honestly and completely. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Deliberate deception or omission of details.

  • Selling renamed items to mislead others into thinking they are valuable.

Obvious joke items, like "Holy Water" (a renamed bottle of water sold for 3 gold), are allowed. Unacceptable practices include selling mundane items like an end rod as a "Gacha Key" for $5,000.

Ensure valid proof accompanies agreements, such as in-game chat screenshots or signed books. Discord screenshots can support but not replace proof due to verification limitations.

13. No Grave Tampering or Blocking

Players must allow access to graves after defeating others. Blocking or making item retrieval unnecessarily difficult, like closing doors or walling off areas, is forbidden. Areas around graves must remain accessible until items are retrieved, except during wartime when inventories drop on the ground.

Exceptions:

  • Pre-agreed item forfeiture.

  • Unlocked graves.

  • Non-peaceful item retrieval attempts.

Ensure sufficient evidence supports claims to prevent complications.

14. No Combat Logging

Avoid logging out during combat to evade conflict. Ensure correct PvP toggles.

15. No Sharing Personal Information

Respect privacy; do not disclose others' personal details without consent. Avoid sharing sensitive information like addresses and passwords.

16. No Teleport Killing

Attacking players upon teleportation, whether sender or receiver, is prohibited unless agreed beforehand or at war.

Exceptions:

  • Agreed fights.

  • Town outlaws (discouraged).

This rule promotes fair play and respect.

Server Guidelines

1. Earth Preservation Program

We have implemented many rules and systems to increase the longevity of the Earth map, ensuring we do not have to reset it while keeping it fun to play on.

To maintain the Earth's environment, we also limit certain activities above ground. We do not intend to reset the map, so ensuring it's well kept is pivotal for a positive experience for all. Activities that are prohibited include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating forest fires.

  • Flooding areas.

  • Lava casting.

  • Large-scale quarrying (within reason, this rule does not apply within your town's borders).

We also regulate some Towny aspects to keep Earth fair and habitable for all. This includes banning "snake-claims" and misuse of outposts.

  • Snake claims are long, thin claims that usually connect two faraway claims or outline an area. Outlining with claims is allowed sometimes under the assumption it will be filled out within a reasonable amount of time.

  • Any land a town owns that is not connected to the main spawn must include an outpost plot. The exception is if there is a close-knit island chain or archipelago, then only one outpost plot or the home block associated with them is needed. Issues like these are taken on a case-by-case basis, so please contact staff if you're unsure about the legality of your outposts.

2. Redstone Machine & Automation

This is a broad subject, so we will do our best to cover every type of machine or farm. If you need further clarification, please ask Staff before constructing your machine. We will update this list as we go along.

Prohibited Machines and Farms:

  • Machines built with the intention of causing lag.

  • Machines made to bypass vanilla game mechanics, such as bedrock breakers.

  • 0-tick farms or duping mechanisms.

  • AFK player machines such as auto-fishers.

  • Setups to bypass the AFK mechanic, even if they don't use redstone, including AFK pools, macros, and scripts.

  • Fast pulsing redstone clocks, including doubled observers that act like fast clocks.

  • Farms that utilize excessive entity cramming.

Allowed Machines and Farms:

  • Semi-automatic farms (must either automatically plant or harvest, not both). This includes cactus and sugarcane farms as the player did the original planting.

  • Mob grinders that use minimal redstone.

  • Automatic smelting and item sorting systems.

  • Most farms that don't use redstone are allowed, provided they follow the guidelines (e.g., Iron Golem farms and Villager breeders).

  • Flying machines, as long as they have a set end point, don't travel infinitely, and have a switch to activate and cannot run continuously.

Do not leave your machines running if you are AFK or not in the area for extended amounts of time. Any machines that are found to be causing an unnatural or unnecessary amount of lag, despite following all the guidelines, will be deactivated by staff.
